  • Business name, address, and contact details
  • Owner name, email, and phone number
  • Menu items, pricing, and business hours
  • Customer order information and transaction data
  • Payment and subscription information (processed securely via Razorpay)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Provide and maintain our food ordering platform
  • Process orders and facilitate transactions
  • Send order notifications and business updates
  • Improve our services and develop new features
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
  • Enable marketing features (WhatsApp campaigns) for Advance plan users

3. Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

  • All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption
  • Data in transit is protected with SSL/TLS encryption
  • Regular security audits and penetration testing
  • Access controls and authentication mechanisms
  • Secure cloud infrastructure with redundancy (Supabase)

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in these circumstances:

  • With payment processors (Razorpay) for transaction processing
  • With delivery partners when you use delivery services
  • With WhatsApp (Meta) for marketing campaign delivery (Advance plan only)
  • To comply with legal requirements or court orders
  • To protect our rights and prevent fraud

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access and export your data at any time
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your account and data
  • Opt-out of marketing communications
  • Withdraw consent where applicable

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we retain data for up to 90 days for backup purposes, then permanently delete it. Order and billing records may be retained longer for legal and tax compliance.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for platform functionality. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent to improve our services. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

8. Customer Data

When you use our platform, customer data (names, phone numbers, order history) is collected from QR code orders and manual order entry. This data is stored securely and is only used for order processing and, if you enable the marketing feature, for sending promotional messages via WhatsApp. Customers can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using Experivel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Business Registration

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are authorized to register the business on this platform
  • All information provided is accurate and complete
  • Your business complies with all applicable laws and regulations
  • You have all necessary licenses and permits to operate (including FSSAI for food businesses)

3. Platform Usage

Experivel provides free and paid subscription plans. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You will not:

  • Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans (Pro, Advance) are billed monthly or annually via Razorpay. By subscribing:

  • You authorize recurring charges to your payment method
  • You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy
  • Plan features are subject to change with notice

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your business content (menus, images, etc.). By using our platform, you grant us a license to display and process this content for service operation. Experivel and its branding remain our intellectual property.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Experivel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time from the dashboard settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our data retention policy.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or dashboard notification.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of appropriate jurisdiction.
